By accessing or using Prompt Zero ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Prompt Zero is an AI visibility intelligence platform that monitors how brands appear in AI-generated responses across multiple AI models, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, and others. The Service provides visibility scoring, position tracking, sentiment analysis, competitive intelligence, and citation tracking.

3. Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial with Pro-level access. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you will be prompted to choose a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your account will retain read-only access to past scan data.

5. Pricing and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually at the rates displayed on our pricing page. All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

We offer a full refund within 14 days of any payment. To request a refund, contact us at hello@promptzero.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to monitor brands or entities you do not have authorization to monitor
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond its intended functionality

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Prompt Zero and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service (brand names, competitor names, industry information). We do not claim ownership of your data. However, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

8. Data and AI Model Results

The visibility scores, position rankings, sentiment analysis, and other metrics provided by the Service are based on our analysis of AI model responses at the time of scanning. AI model responses can change frequently, and past results do not guarantee future performance.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that the data provided by the Service is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times. The Service is intended as an intelligence tool, not as the sole basis for business decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prompt Zero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

11. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data will remain accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be deleted.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
